下运式带式输送机变频技术研究

摘要 分析某煤矿下运式带式输送机两象限变速装置无法准确地进行像电网反馈用电情况、两个滚筒负载不平衡、无法及时停车的运输缺点,对其变频调速装置进行改进。改进后的变频调速装置弥补了原运输方式的不足,有利于大平煤矿的安全生产。 This paper analyzes the disadvantages of two quadrant speed changing device of down-hauling belt conveyor in a certain coal mine, which can not accurately feedback electricity consumption like power grid, the load of two rollers is unbalanced, and can not stop in time, and the frequency conversion speed regulating device is improved.The improved variable-frequency speed regulating device makes up for the shortage of the original transportation mode and is beneficial to the safety production of Daping Coal Mine.
