摘要
针对山西焦煤集团介休正益煤业有限公司就西胶带大巷一采区带式输送机自动控制系统进行的升级改造,从硬件设计、软件设计两方面详细分析该系统的改进设计方案。该系统是以PLC为基础开发的井下运输系统控制装置,实现了对带式输送机的多要素监测,可有效改善煤炭运输质量及效率。
In view of the upgrading and upgrading of the automatic control system of the belt conveyor in the West belt big lane one mining area, Shanxi Coking Coal Group, Jiexiu Zhengyi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. analyses the improved design scheme of the system from two aspects of hardware design and software design. This system is a control device for the underground transportation system based on PLC. The multi factor monitoring of belt conveyor can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of coal transportation.
