机械矫正技术在电站锅炉炉膛水冷壁整形中的应用

摘要 目前传统锅炉水冷壁管形变应对措施较为单一,大多是通过更换水冷壁管来进行冷壁管的恢复,造成成本的浪费,因此,针对电站锅炉炉膛爆燃事故致使水冷壁发生变形的问题,利用机械矫正方法进行修复,详细阐述了机械矫正的可行性和工艺过程,总结出机械矫正的优点和应用前景。 At present, the traditional boiler water wall tube deformation response measures are relatively single, mostly through the replacement of water wall tube to restore the cold wall tube, resulting in a waste of costs, so, In view of the problem of water wall deformation caused by deflagration accident of boiler furnace in power plant, the feasibility and technological process of mechanical correction are expounded in detail, and the advantages and application prospect of mechanical correction are summarized.
