ANGANG COLD ROLLING PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE AND PRODUCT POSITIONING

冷轧项目是安钢结构优化、产品升级发展战略规划重点工程,是安钢自主集成建设的冷轧项目,是安钢推进企业结构调整、发展服务性型钢铁的重大举措。依靠普通设备国产化、关键设备进口化、关键技术引进化,圆满建成了冷轧一期1 550 mm工程并顺利实现全线贯通达产创效,对建设现代化安钢具有重大意义,同时填补了河南省宽断面冷轧产品的空白。

Cold rolling project is the key project of structure optimization,product upgrading and development strategic planning of Angang,it is the cold rolling project of Angang＇s independent integrated construction,and it is also an important measure to promote the adjustment of enterprise structure and develop service type of steel in Angang. Relying on the localization of common equipment,the import of key equipment and the introduction of key technology,the first phase 1 550 mm project of cold rolling has been successfully completed and the whole line has been successfully completed to achieve the production effect,which is of great significance to the construction of modern Angang. At the same time,it fills the blank of wide section cold rolling products in Henan province.
