摘要
对1 550 mm连退机组的停机再启动温度和升温模式进行了研究和优化。通过优化,减少了停机降温等待时间,缩短了开机到出成品的升温时间,减少了开机过程中产生的返修产品,增加了机组有效作业时间,起到了提高机组生产效率的作用。
In this paper,the startup temperature and temperature rise mode of 1 550 mm continuous annealing line are studied and optimized. Through optimization,the invalid time for cooling down time is reduced,the warming up time from starting up to finished product is shortened,repair products generated during the boot process is reduced. Reworking the product increased the effective working time of the unit and played a role in improving the production efficiency of the unit.
