摘要
从对冷轧1 550 mm机组卷取机工况、工艺要求、橡胶材质、外形尺寸、结构优化方面进行分析,对卷取机橡胶套筒进行详细设计,解决制约橡胶套筒弹性失效快寿命短,工作状态尺寸不稳定,尺寸变化上下值偏差大的Φ610 mm内径扩径瓶颈。此设计在冷轧机组卷取机局部设计细节上具有借鉴意义,其创造性及效果在同行业中居领先地位。
Based on the analysis of the working conditions,process requirements,rubber material,shape size,and structure optimization of the 1 550 mm cold rolling unit,the rubber sleeve of the reel machine is designed in detail to solve the problems of short elastic failure fast life and unstable working conditions,the bottleneck of 610 mm internal diameter expansion with large deviation of the upper and lower values of the size change. This design has a reference significance in the detail of cold rolling unit winch parts,and its creativity and effect are leading in the same industry.
