摘要
介绍了新兴的超声波干式清洗技术,并将其与较为成熟的超声波湿式清洗技术在清洗原理,应用领域和优缺点方面进行了综合比较,并对干式清洗技术的发展前景作出展望。
This paper introduces the new ultrasonic dry cleaning technology, and compares it with the relatively mature ultrasonic wet cleaning technology in cleaning principle, the application field and the advantages and disadvantages, and analyzes the application prospect of the dry cleaning technology.
