摘要 介绍一种智能化高性能的输液加温装置,它是以STM32系列单片机为控制核心,通过温度传感器的反馈信号,用单片机控制可控硅的触发状态,从而控制加温器的加热电路,实现加温器的智能加温。单片机的温度检测电路可以检测加温系统的加热温度是否适宜,避免温度过高或过低而对患者产生不利的影响。采用温度保护器保护加温器因故障而出现高温加热的现象,因此提高了加温系统的可靠性。该加温系统可以智能控制加热器温度的高低,维持输液的加温温度在恒定范围内,加温温度误差小于1%,该系统使用方便,且体积小巧方便携带,成本低且性能良好,可以广泛应用于临床输液。 This paper introduces a kind of intelligent and high performance infusion heating device. It takes STM32 series single chip microcomputer as the control core, and through the feedback signal of temperature sensor, uses the single chip microcomputer to control the trigger state of thyristor, so as to control the heating circuit of the heater. The intelligent heating of the heater is realized. The temperature detection circuit of single chip microcomputer can detect whether the heating temperature of heating system is suit- able or not, so as to avoid the adverse effect of too high or too low temperature on the patient. The temperature protector is used to protect the heater from high temperature heating because of the fault, so the reliabiliU of the heating system is improved. The heat- ing system can intelligently control the temperature of heater, keep the heating temperature of infusion in constant range, the temper- ature error of heating is less than 1%, the system is convenient to use, small and convenient to carry, the cost is low and the per- fonnance is good. It can be widely used in clinical infusion.
