建筑施工安全监理探析

建筑工程施工具有很大的危险性,且复杂繁琐,有很多因素会影响到建筑工程的施工安全,如施工人员安全意识不足、技术水平不高,安全员不具备相应资质,项目经理缺乏安全意识等。当前,安全生产许可证制度已经在建筑企业实行,对于建筑市场的管理也加强了力度,施工现场管理向着越来越规范的方向发展,然而由于施工人员主观因素和施工作业客观因素而引发的安全事故却依然会发生。文章对建筑施工安全监理的作用和意义进行了分析,针对安全监理中存在的一系列问题,提出了相应的解决措施。希望通过文章和研究和分析,可以为相关人士提供一定的参考和借鉴。
