摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方赖氨酸颗粒中赖氨酸的含量。方法采用氨基柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢铵溶液为流动相,流速为0.5 m L·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长为205 nm。结果赖氨酸的线性范围为0.063~2.521 mg·m L^(-1)(R^2=1.000),平均回收率(n=9)为99.2%。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于复方赖氨酸颗粒中赖氨酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of lysine hydrochloride in compound lysine granules.MethodsThe determination was performed on NH2column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L^-1ammonium dihydrogen phosphate at a flow rate of 0.5 m L·min^-1.The column temperature was 25℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 205 nm.ResultsThe linear range of them was0.063-2.521 mg·m L^-1(R^2=1.000).The average recovery(n=9)was 99.2%.ConclusionThe method is simple and accurate,and can be used for assay of lysine in compound lysine granules.
