Deeply Grasp the Strategy of Rural Revitalization——An Interpretation from the Perspective of Political Economics

在新时代,我国社会主要矛盾在农村有其特殊表现:"我国最大的发展不平衡,是城乡发展不平衡;最大的发展不充分,是农村发展不充分"。从马克思主义政治经济学角度讲,解决这个矛盾,需要重新定位城乡关系,确立城乡融合理念,这是实施乡村振兴战略的必然选择,也是乡村振兴战略的理论依据。践行乡村振兴战略,要通过城乡融合发展来破解"三农"难题,这是一个必经过程。具体来说,要达到"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求。"

In the new era, the major social contradiction in our country has its special performance in rural areas： ＂the most unbalanced development in our country is that between urban and rural areas; the most insufficienct development is that in rural areas＂. From the angle of Marx＇s political economics, to solve this contradiction, we should re-identify the relationship between urban and rural areas and establish the concept of urban and rural integration, which is the inevitable choice to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and also the theoretical basis for it. To carry out the strategy of rural revitalization, we must solve the problem of ＂three rural issues＂ through the integration of urban and rural areas, which is a necessary process. Specifically, we should achieve the general requirements of ＂thriving industry, livable ecology, civilized rural style, effective governance and affluent life.＂
