基于大数据的用电信息采集运维监测系统设计

Design of information collection and operation monitoring system based on large data

为保障用电信息采集系统持续、稳定、高效运行,提升采集现场及时发现、远程分析、精准定位、高效解决故障的能力,解决故障远程诊断和修复的实用化难题,需要进行用电采集信息运维监测,提出设计一种基于大数据的用电信息采集运维监测系统。基于大数据分析用电信息采集运维监测的总体构架模式,采用决策树信息融合方法进行用电信息采集后的信息融合,采用关联规则挖掘算法进行用电信息的特征挖掘,结合模糊C均值聚类算法对挖掘到的用电信息及潜在关联规则进行分类处理,实现用电信息采集的大数据采集运维监测。仿真结果表明,采用该系统进行用电信息采集运维监测,提高对用电采集信息分类识别能力,对用电信息采集的规则归纳能力较好,学习过程的收敛性较好,具有较好的用电信息采集运维监测能力。

For the protection of sustainable,stable and efficient operation of electric information acquisition system,enhance the discovery,collect timely remote analysis,accurate positioning,high efficient troubleshooting ability,solve the practical problem of remote fault diagnosis and repair,the need for maintenance monitoring information collection of electricity,presents a design of electrical maintenance monitoring system based on information collection big data. With the overall framework model of electric information acquisition operation monitoring based on large data analysis,using decision tree information fusion methods were used after the electric information acquisition information,using association rules mining algorithm with the characteristics of electric information,combined with the fuzzy C means clustering algorithm to dig into the power of information and potential association rules for classification with a large data collection operation,monitoring of power information collection. The simulation results show that the electricity information collection maintenance monitoring by the system,to improve the recognition ability of electricity information acquisition, the electric information acquisition rule induction ability is good,the learning convergence process is better,has better electricity information collection operation monitoring ability.
