摘要 近些年,依托智能材料的自适应变体飞行器研究获得国内外学者广泛的关注和重视,而智能蒙皮结构是其中最关键的技术,通过蒙皮结构展开测试,能实时对结构状态进行监测和量化处理。本文设计依托LabView RT软件完成数据采集及通信系统的构建,并详细介绍该系统组成及软硬件设计情况,这些设计均通过多机通信实现信息采集、控件显示、信息处理等功能。基于此,对实体蒙皮结构展开多通道采集实验,以此验证系统的可行性及功能可靠性,以期为后续开发这类系统提供一定指导。 In recent years,the research of adaptive morphing aircraft based on intelligent materials has received extensive attention and attention from scholars at home and abroad,and the intelligent skin structure is the most key technology. through the skin structure expansion test,the structure status can be monitored and quantized in real time. This paper designs the data acquisition and communication system based on LabVIEW rt software,and introduces the composition of the system and the design of hardware and software. these designs all realize the functions of information collection, control display,information processing and so on through the multi-machine communication. Based on this,a multichannel acquisition experiment is carried out on the entity skin structure to verify the feasibility and functional reliability of the system,so as to provide some guidance for the subsequent development of such systems.
