Application of FCB Logic in Circulating Fluidized Bed Unit

循环流化床机组FCB功能逻辑是基于锅炉FSSS系统中MFT、BT等功能和汽轮机DEH系统中PLU、OPC等功能的基础之上,结合机组其他控制系统,实现机组FCB功能。介绍了FCB功能触发逻辑和动作逻辑的设定,逻辑设置时的考虑因素;FCB控制逻辑的实现,使机组自动化控制水平提高,应对故障能力提升;可为同类电厂FCB功能的实现,提供一定的借鉴经验。

The logic of FCB function of CFB unit（circulating fluidized bed） is realized based on the functions of MFT and BT in boiler FSSS system and functions of PLU and OPC in steam turbine DEH system. The settings of trigger logic and action logic of FCB function are introduced, and the considerations for the logic settings are also elaborated. The realization of FCB control logic improves the unit＇s automatic control level and the capability in fault treatment, which can provide references for the similar power plants.
