阐述了电费回收工作直接关系到电网企业的经营效益,分析电费回收存在的问题及风险,总结风险防范技术措施。
It points out that electricity charge collection has a direct impact on the revenues of power grid companies. In this paper,the problems and risks in electricity charge collection are analyzed, and the measures in risk control are summarized.
