关于加快国有企业“三供一业”供电分离移交的研究

Research on Separation of Power Supply Duty from State-owned Enterprises Responding to the Policy of “Water/Power/Heat Supply and Property Management”

为快速推动"三供一业"供电分离移交,从工作目标、基本原则、工作职责、工作分工、改造工程重要事项说明等方面对地市公司开展"三供一业"工作全面进行指导,标志着国网山西省电力公司"三供一业"供电分离移交工作全面开展。就大同地区"三供一业"供电分离移交工作中的问题所在,针对性地提出了相应的解决对策并作出简要的分析和探讨。

In order to rapidly promote the separation and transfer of power supply duty from state-owned enterprises responding to the policy of ＂ water/power/heat supply and property management ＂,working guidance was carried out for city-level power supply companies, including working objective, basic principles, responsibilities, job assignment and the important items for the projects. In this paper, the problems of power supply separation and transfer in Datong area were discussed and analyzed, and corresponding solutions were proposed. Besides, brief analyses and discussions were carried out.
