翻译符号学的信念界定问题

On Defining the Beliefs of Translation Semiotics

欧美学界对信念问题早有论及。1877年,美国实效哲学家皮尔士从科学逻辑角度专门探讨信念的确定问题,但没有界定"信念"的概念和本质,也未划分属性和层次类别,故有必要以当前视角加以概念厘定,从属性角度划分出善恶信念,从层级角度划分出国家、群体和个体三个类别,并从群体和个体层面阐述翻译符号学的理论信念。翻译符号学以符号转换活动为对象,考察符号转换的过程、本质、现象、规律等,旨在构建以符号转换相关论题为焦点的符号学分支学科,信念属于翻译符号学的宏观、外部因素,在国家、群体和个体层面起规范和制约符号活动的作用。

As for belief,European and American philosophers ever talked a lot. In 1877,Charles Sanders Peirce（1839—1914）,American pragmaticist,examined howto fix a belief in terms of logic as a scientific method. As he did neglect the terminological definition and its classification in terms of its nature and hierarchical orders,it is,therefore,necessary to define belief from the present perspectives,classify it into good and evil beliefs in nature,divide it into three hierarchical layers of state,group and individual,and finally to explore the beliefs of translation semiotics from the group and individual aspects. Translation semiotics focuses on the semiotic transformations,examines the nature,process,phenomena,laws,activity,etc. of semiotic transformations as ＂translation ＂ in its broad sense,and aims to construct a sub-field of semiotics with semiotic transformations as its focus. As the focus of semiotics and pragmaticism in the early stage,belief acts as the macroscopic and external factor governing and regulating the semiotic transformations on the levels of state,group and individual.
