盐酸羟胺对天然橡胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在天然鲜胶乳中分别加入不同用量的盐酸羟胺,研究其对天然橡胶(NR)理化性能、硫化特性及机械性能的影响。结果表明,当盐酸羟胺用量在0.05%~0.15%范围时,制备的天然橡胶具有恒粘效果(ΔP0≤3,ΔMv≤6),而盐酸羟胺用量大小对PRI值变化影响不大;当盐酸羟胺用量小于0.05%时,天然橡胶硫化效果较好,且用量为0.03%的硫化速度最快,0.04%次之,0.05%最慢;盐酸羟胺用量对天然橡胶机械性的影响不明显。 The effects of different dosages of hydroxylamine hydrochloride on the physical properties, curing characteristics,mechanical properties of natural rubber were studied. The results showed that constant viscosity natural rubber(ΔP0≤3,ΔMV≤6)was obtained when the treatment dosages of hydroxylamine hydrochloride was in the range of 0.05 ~0.15%r, however the dosages of hydroxylamine hydrochloride had no effect on the PRI; natural rubber can get better vulcanization performance when treatment dosages of hydroxylamine hydrochloride was lower than 0.05%, and when treatment dosages was0.03%, it got the better vulcanization speed, treatment dosages of 0.04% took second place, than followed the treatment dosages of 0.05%. The dosages of hydroxylamine hydrochloride had no effect on the physical properties of natural rubber.
