嘉宝果研究进展及利用前景

The Advances in Research of Myrciaria cauliflora and Its Prospects for Application

嘉宝果﹝Myrciaria cauliflora(DC.)Berg﹞为桃金娘科拟爱神木属热带亚热带常绿小乔木或大型灌木,俗称树葡萄,原产于巴西等地,近年来在我国成为一种新兴的热带水果,在园林、食品、医药保健品等领域都有较高的利用价值。本文通过对嘉宝果的生物学特性、营养成分、化合物成分、生物活性及利用前景进行综述,为开展嘉宝果的利用研究提供参考。

Myrciaria cauliflora,which belongs to genus Myrciaria of the Myrtaceae family,is a kind of tropical and subtropical evergreen trees or shrubs,also known as Jaboticaba. It is native to Brazil,and has been springing up in recent years in China. It has high value in landscape architecture,food,medicine and health care products,etc. The biological characteristics,nutritional components,compound,biological activity and utilization prospects of Myrciaria cauliflora were reviewed in this paper,and would then provide a reference for future research on this fruit.
