农垦农产品质量追溯体系在云南澳洲坚果开口产品生产经营中的应用

The Quality Traceability System for State-farm Agriculture Products in Application of the Production of Mouthed In-shell Macadamia in Yunnan Province

实施农垦农产品质量追溯体系是企业参与市场竞争、提高产品质量与品牌影响力的基础性工作。西双版纳云垦澳洲坚果科技开发有限公司于2016年导入该体系,通过两年来的实施,初步实现了产品有标识、安全有监管、质量有检测、生产有记录。文中对项目实施内容和过程进行了详述,总结实施的经验,分析存在的问题,提出进一步实施好项目的建议。

The implement of trace back of agricultural products is the basic work of ensuring enterprises competiveness in market and strengthening the quality of products and brand influence. The system of quality traceability has been put into use since 2016 by Xishuangbanna Yunken Macadamia Nut Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., it fulfills initially that all products are labeled, safety is monitored, quality is guaranteed and production is recorded, etc. It gives a detailed description on this project in process of fulfillment in this paper. It presents some existed problems, and some advices as well.
