摘要
设计加工了空心阴极真空电弧焊枪,以Q235钢为例,试验研究了工艺参数对空心阴极真空电弧焊接熔化深度的影响规律,分析了熔化特性.结果表明,与TIG焊接接头相比,空心阴极真空电弧焊缝熔化深度显著增加,热影响区窄;空心阴极真空电弧在低气体流量、大电流时具有收缩型电弧形态;低气体流量时空心阴极真空电弧电压较高;随着气体流量的降低及焊接电流的增加,空心阴极真空电弧的焊缝熔化深度、宽度及深宽比增加,焊缝表现为深熔化特征的中心熔化型焊缝形貌;一定气体流量下,阴极与阳极之间的放电距离对空心阴极真空电弧焊缝熔化深度的影响不显著.
The hollow cathode vacuum arc welding torch was designed. Taking Q235 steel as an example,the effect of process parameters on the melting depth of hollow cathode vacuum arc welding was studied experimentally, and the melting characteristics were analyzed. The results show that compared with TIG welded joints,hollow cathode vacuum arc can significantly increase the penetration,the heat affected zone is narrower; at low gas flow rate and larger welding current,hollow cathode vacuum arc has the constricted form; When the gas flow rate is low,hollow cathode vacuum arc voltage is higher; The hollow cathode vacuum arc weld penetration and weld width and weld depth to width ratio is increased with the reduction of the gas flow and the increase of the welding current,the weld has the centre melting weld shape of deep melting characteristics; Influence of the hollow cathode vacuum arc length on weld penetration is not significant under certain gas flow.
