摘要
为了探究粉煤灰作为A-TIG焊活性剂的可行性,以两种不同地点的粉煤灰作为活性剂在Q235钢基体上进行钨极氩弧焊,研究了两种粉煤灰对熔池流动行为以及焊缝性能的影响规律,测定了对Q235钢焊接后在基体上的铺展面积;采用线扫描的方法确定了熔池内部钨板两侧铋粒子的含量;对焊缝的表面形貌、截面形貌、显微组织和性能进行了观察和分析.结果表明,焊缝的深宽比均增大,显微组织都出现细化;熔池的流动方向为由边缘向中心流动;焊缝的显微硬度较无活性剂时分别提高了7.3,24.3 HV,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性也均有提高.
In order to explore the feasibility of the fly ash as the active agent for A-TIG welding,two kinds of fly ash as active agent were used as active agent in the tungsten arc welding on the Q235 steel matrix. The influence law of two kinds of fly ash on the flow behavior and the weld properties of the molten pool was studied. The spreading area of the Q235 steel in the base was measured. The content of bismuth particles on both sides of the tungsten plate inside the weld pool was determined by line scanning,and the surface morphology,cross section morphology,microstructure and properties of the weld were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the depth and width ratio of the weld increased and the microstructure appeared to be refined,and the flow direction of the molten pool changed from the edge to the center flow. The microhardness of the weld increased by 7. 3 HV and 24. 3 HV respectively,and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance were also increased.
