摘要 为了在异构无线网络中更好地满足用户对服务质量(Qo S)方面的需求,提出了在异构无线网络环境中的一种接入网络的选择决策机制。考虑到用户偏好、网络状况、服务质量、能耗和网络供应商收益等方面,分别对其进行效用的计算来选择使之达到各个方面效用之和最大化的最佳网络。为了合理设置用户对不同应用类型的Qo S参数权重,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算相应的权重,并利用蝙蝠算法设计了基于效用的异构接入网络选择机制,以此来寻找到移动终端用户的最佳切换方案。仿真表明,设计的接入网络选择机制能够在满足用户Qo S需求的同时平衡用户和网络供应商双方的利益。 To meet the users' Quality of Service (QoS) requirements in heterogeneous wireless networks, a selection decision mechanism of access networks in heterogeneous wireless network environment was presented. Taking into account user preferences, network conditions, quality of service, energy consumption and income of the suppliers, the mechanism calculated the utility of each factor respectively to seek the best access network which may maximize the utility of both users and service operators. To set the weights of the user QoS parameters for different types of applications reasonably, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was adopted to calculate appropriate weights. This paper uses one of the swarm intelligence optimization algorithms, bat algorithm, to design a utility-based heterogeneous access network selection mechanism in order to find the best handover scheme. The experimental results show that the access networks selection mechanism designed in this paper can meet users' QoS requirements while balancing the benefit of both users and suppliers.
