隔山顺气方对消化道重建术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Geshan shunqi formula on gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative patients with digestive tract reconstruction

目的:观察隔山顺气方对消化道重建术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:将46例拟行消化道重建手术的患者随机分组,对照组23例围手术期采用常规快速康复外科的处理方法,治疗组23例在对照组基础上口服自拟隔山顺气方治疗,比较两组患者术后的胃肠功能情况、并发症等。结果:治疗组胃肠蠕动时间、排气时间、排便时间、进食时间均短于对照组,术后48 h的腹胀评分、腹痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的术后并发症少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :自拟隔山顺气方有利于改善行消化道重建手术患者术后的胃肠功能,减少术后不良反应及并发症,促进康复。

Objective：To observe the effect of Geshan shunqi formula on gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative patients with digestive tract reconstruction.Methods：46 cases of postoperative patients with digestive tract reconstruction were randomly divided into two groups.23 cases in control group were treated with conventional fast-track surgery during perioperative period,while 23 cases in observation group were treated with oral selfmade Geshan shunqi formula on the basis of control group.The postoperative gastrointestinal function and complications etc.of patients were compared between two groups.Results：In observation group,the gastrointestinal peristalsis time,exhaust time,defecation time and eating time were shorter than those in control group,and the abdominal distension score and abdominal pain score of postoperative 48 h were lower those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.In observation group,the postoperative complications were less than those in control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Geshan shunqi formula is advantageous to improve the gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients with digestive tract reconstruction,reduce the postoperative adverse reactions and complications,and promote the rehabilitation.
