针刺结合穴位注射治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled research on acupuncture with acupoint injection for treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis

目的:观察针刺结合穴位注射疗法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将74例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各37例,治疗组施以针刺结合穴位注射疗法,对照组服用阿奇霉素胶囊,两组治疗均为每天1次,连续治疗10天。分别于治疗前、后及随访1个月后评价临床疗效、复发率、安全性,并在治疗结束后检测前列腺液中Slg A和VCAM-1的表达。结果:治疗前两组基线齐同,治疗10天后,治疗组临床总有效率为91.43%,对照组为62.86%(P<0.05);治疗结束后1个月,治疗组复发率为5.71%,对照组为22.86%(P<0.05);两组治疗结束时Slg A和VCAM-1表达均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合穴位注射疗法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效肯定,在总有效率、复发率以及降低机体炎症反应方面优于口服阿奇霉素胶囊。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with acupoint injection on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods：74 cases of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture with acupoint injection,while the control group was treated with oral azithromycin capsules.Both groups were treated once a day,continuously for 10 days.The clinical effect,recurrence rate and safety were evaluated respectively before and after treatment as well as after 1 month of follow-up,and the expressions of Slg A and VCAM-1 in prostatic fluid were detected after the end of treatment.Results：Before treatment,the baselines of two groups were the same.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical total effective rate was 91.43% in observation group and62.86% in control group（ P〈0.05）.In 1 month after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was 5.71% in observation group and 22.86% in control group（ P〈0.05）.At the end of treatment in both groups,the expressions of Slg A and VCAM-1 were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0.05）,and the observation group was lower than control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of acupuncture with acupoint injection on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is definite,and better than that of oral azithromycin capsules in total effective rate,recurrence rate and reduction of body inflammation reaction.
