摘要
本文对延长油田压裂返排液的成分和含量进行分析,考察各成分对压裂液体系性能的影响。将自主研发和设计的回收处理工艺和返排液处理方法相结合,处理掉返排液中有害且污染地层和环境的成分,将保留的有用组分直接用于二次配液,实现了有用成分的再次循环利用,减少了返排液处理量,节省了拉运、存储、水处理等成本,达到了压裂返排液回收再利用的目的。
In this paper, the composition and content of fracturing waste fluid in Yanchang oilfield were analyzed, and the influence of each component on the performance of fracturing fluid system was investigated. Independent research and design of non-floor recovery process and fracturing waste fluid treatment methods were combined through the composite approach. In this mode, harmful and polluting components of the return fluid were removed and the useful components were retained for direct use in the secondary dosing. The recycling of the useful components was realized to reduce the amount of backflow. The transportation, storage, water treatment and other costs were saved, and the purpose of recovery and reuse of fracturing backflow was realized.
