摘要
以沿海某城市的产业园区为例,阐述了园区内垃圾焚烧发电厂、污泥处理项目、炉渣综合利用项目、污水处理厂、餐厨垃圾处理厂、粪便处理厂、危险废弃物填埋场及园区管理与科教中心等项目在进行园区总体规划时所考虑的因素、遵循的规划设计原则,以及结合自然地势、项目周边市政道路条件、当地主导风向等条件,对该产业园进行了科学、合理的总体规划;介绍了在进行竖向规划设计时,考虑多方限定因素,力求最大程度地降低场地平整土石方工程量,从而最终确定科学合理的设计标高及场地平整方案;提出了在进行山区类的项目规划时,平面规划与竖向设计必须同时重点考虑,二者缺一不可。
Taking an industrial park in coastal city as an example,in the overall planning of it,the factors to be considered and the principles to be followed were stated,which included waste incineration power plant,sludge treatment project,slag comprehensive utilization project,sewage treatment plant,kitchen waste treatment plant,night-soil treatment plant,hazardous waste landfill site and park management as well as science and education center project,etc. Combined with the conditions such as natural terrain,municipal road conditions around the project and local prevailing wind direction,scientific and rational total planning of the industrial park were carried out. To minimize the site formation of the volume of earthwork,multiple limiting factors were considered when vertical planning being designed,and then scientific and reasonable design elevation and site formation plan were final determined. Floor planning and vertical design must be considered simultaneously when planning mountainous area projects in the future.
