摘要
引伸计可以作出应力变形曲线,在冶金行业,质量检测中心等领域应用较为广泛。拉伸试验中不用引伸计会把标距以外的变形都包含在曲线之中,对结果的准确度会有较大的影响,因此用引伸计的示值测量准确度对材料分析的准确度有着直接影响。该文依据规程JJG762-2007对引伸计变形示值进行校准结果进行不确定度评定分析,给出评定结果。
Extensometer can be used to make stress and deformation curves.It is widely used in metallurgical industry,quality inspection center and other fields.The extensometer will not use the extensometer in the tensile test to include the deformation outside the standard distance in the curve,which has a great influence on the accuracy of the results.The refore,the accuracy of the indication measurement with the extensometer has adirect effect on the accuracy of the material analysis.In this paper,the uncertainty of the results of the extensometer de formation is evaluated according to the regulation JJG762-2007,and the evaluation results are given.
