摘要
太赫兹辐射的频率范围为0.1THz-10THz之间,使其处于光学和电子学的交界处,其具有携带丰富的信息量,低光子能量特性,高时空相干性等特性,太赫兹具有潜在的研究和使用价值。近年来,太赫兹技术正从多个实验室研究转向实际应用中,包括航空航天,爆炸物检测,医学检测,同时也在农产品及食品质量检测中得以应用,并取得良好的研究成果。该文从太赫兹光谱简介,太赫兹光谱的特性及关键技术,并以食品检测的取得成果为例,分析总结了太赫兹技术,从而得出了太赫兹技术具有潜在的研究价值也可以在现实中得以应用。
The frequency of terahertz radiation range between 0.1 THZ-10 THZ,make its in the border of optics and electronics,make its have carry abundant information,low photon energy feature,character of high spatial and temporal coherence,potentially terahertz research and use value.In recent years,terahertz technology is from multiple laboratory research into practice,including aerospace,explosive detection,medical testing,as well as to application inagricultural products and food quality testing,and achieved good results.Based on the introduction of terahertz spectrum,terahertz spectrum characte ristics and key technologies,and in food detection results,for example,analysis summarized the terahertz technology,thus obtained the terahertz technology has the potential research value can also be applied in reality.
