摘要
预压对位系统是全自动FOG邦定机中重要的环节之一,该文通过对其图像系统、对位平台两个方面进行研究,对FOG预压邦定的各环节进行了分析,提出了有效的提高精度的方法,并对预压系统的使用方式提出了建议。
The prebonding Vision Alignment System is the most important link of automatic FOG bonding machine,through the research of its Vision Alignment System and alignment platform,the article analyse each link of prebonding system,and present effective method of improving its precision,we make some suggestions of using prebonding Vision Alignment Systemtoo.
