高水平医学研究生科研培训基地建设创新模式——以四川大学华西医院为例

Research on Innovative Model of Training Base Construction for Medical Postgraduates——An Example of West China Hospital of Sichuan University

临床研究生如何快速进入科学研究领域,独立开展科学研究,是目前国内医学研究生教育的一个普遍性难题。近年来,各类大型医院特别是教学型综合医院开始重点建设各类公共开放实验技术平台,这为提高医学研究生的科研能力提供了重要场所与切入途径。华西医院公共实验技术中心根据医学研究生培养的科研需求,通过提供安全可靠、技术针对性强的实验技术培训,并结合"个性化"的加强式培训及前沿技术讲座,形成了一系列技术理论与实践相结合的创新培训模式。这些模式可为国内高等院校和医院等单位在建设公共实验平台中提供有益的参考。

It is a universal problem for clinical graduate students to rapidly master the necessary basic knowledge and experimental skills,and carry out scientific research independently after entering the field of scientific research. In recent years,most of large hospitals,especially teaching-oriented general hospitals,have begun to focus on the construction of public open experimental technology platform,which provides an important place and approach for improving medical postgraduates’ scientific research abilities. Research Core Facility of West China Hospital is an open experimental platform including cell,molecular and pathological labs,it provides safety training,periodic large-scale experimental technical training,routine experimental technical training,and provides ＂ personalized＂ and ＂ enhanced＂ technical training and cutting-edge technology lectures,it has formed a series of technical theory and practice of innovative training modes. These models could provide useful reference for domestic universities and hospitals in the construction of public experimental platform.
