摘要
晶体结构分析是固体物理、结晶化学、地质学等多个学科的基础,而晶体的宏观对称性和晶体内部结构特征是结晶学教学与实验的重点和难点。在详细分析结晶学教学和实验内容中专业名词多、基本概念难理解、理想晶形种类多、晶体内部结构复杂等自身特点的基础上,阐述了晶体结构三维可视化软件主要类别,基本功能和教学优势,并运用主流晶体结构三维可视化软件Shape、JCrystal、Diamond、Crystal Maker构建点群、国际符号、Si O2同质多像等典型教学实例的动态三维模型。这些三维可视化软件不仅实现晶体结构动态教学和实验,而且可透视深奥抽象的晶体结构,将其形象化具体化,从而使学生充分理解和掌握晶体形态和结构的本质,提升教学和实验质量。
Analyzing crystal structure is the basis of solid physics,crystal chemistry,geology and other subjects,hence crystal macroscopic symmetry and crystal structure characterization are key points and difficult points in the crystallographic teaching. In this paper,after discussing the characteristics of crystallographic teaching and experiment contents,including many terms,indigestible basic concepts,various classification of crystal forms,and abstract internal crystal structure,we build the 3-dimensional dynamic models of typical examples: point groups,H-M international symbols and Si O2 polymorphism by the crystal structure modeling software Shape,JCrystal,Diamond,Crystal Maker,in order to show their advantage on crystallography teaching and experiments. These 3 D crystal structure software are professional at making the abstract crystal structure concepts concreted and visualized,helping the student to understand and master the essential of the crystal,and also promoting teaching quality.
