生化剩余污泥添加剂回配炼焦的研究 被引量:2

摘要 讨论了剩余污泥炼焦添加剂制备及其配煤炼焦的试验结果。试验结果表明:配合煤(含水量小于等于10%)与剩余污泥(含水量为80%)配比为10∶1的混匀料采用电动齿爪式粉碎制粉机可以制备出小于等于2mm的粉体炼焦添加剂;添加小于等于8%剩余污泥与大于等于92%原配合煤组成入炉配合煤炼焦,所得坩埚焦的冷热强度、显微强度及结构强度与基准配方坩埚焦的有关数据基本持平,焦炭质量没有出现明显劣化。剩余污泥添加剂配煤炼焦是一条原地无害化处理焦化剩余污泥的清洁生产新工艺。 The test results of the preparation of excess sludge coking additives and the coal blending coking were discussed.The experimental results showed that:2 mm or less powder coking additives can be prepared in electric tooth claw pulverizer by using of the mixture of the coal(water content of 10% or less)and excess sludge(water content of 80%)at the ratio of 10:1;and coking experiments were carried out under the condition of adding less than or equal to 8% excess sludge coking additives and greater than or equal to 92% mixed coal,the hot and cold strength,the microscopic strength and the structural strength of crucible cokes basically reached the same level of the relevant data of reference formula crucible cokes,and there is no significant deterioration of coke quality.And the coal blending coking of excess sludge additives is a new clean production technology for treating coking excess sludge in situ and harmlessly.
