ER309高铁素体焊接钢开裂原因分析

摘要 当今工业装备制造业中,ER309高铁素体焊接钢的应用十分的广泛,并且对此类焊条的品质要求越来越高。但是在ER309高铁素体焊接钢轧制生产过程中经常出现大部开裂的现象。通过对比ER309高铁素体焊接钢正常样和开裂样的宏观组织、化学成分、电镜分析、金相分析和铁素体含量分析,找到解决问题的办法,为后续的ER309生产提供指导。 In today's industrial equipment manufacturing industry,the application of ER309 high ferrite welded steel is very extensive,and the quality requirements for this kind of electrode is getting higher and higher.However,during the rolling process of ER309 high ferrite welded steel,most of the crackings often occur.By comparing the macrostructure,chemical compositions,electron microscope analysis,metallographic analysis and ferrite content analysis between normal samples and cracking samples of ER309 high ferrite welded steel,the solution to the problem was found,and guidance for subsequent ER309 production were provided.
