摘要
针对分布式高压电塔维护困难、数据监测不全面等问题,研制一种自旋转式红外扫描的高压电塔状态巡检系统。系统包含温度测量节点、数据服务器以及PC端物联网平台。以STM32为微处理器控制双舵机云台进行角度旋转,实现红外测温仪对电气接点的测温,SIM900模块将温度数据传输至数据服务器;利用数值反馈角度定位算法对存在的异常电气接点进行二次测量,通过PC端物联网平台查看某个区域内的所有高压电塔的工作状态,极大地解决了高压电塔监测问题。
In allusion to problems such as maintenance difficulty and data monitoring incompleteness of distributed high voltage towers,a rotary infrared scanning status inspection system for high voltage towers is developed. The system consists of the temperature measurement node,data server,and Internet of Things(IoT)platform on the PC terminal. The STM32 is taken as the microprocessor to control the cloud platform of the double steering engine for angle rotation,so as to realize temperature measurement of electrical contacts by the infrared thermometer. The SIM900 module is used to transmit temperature data to the data server. The numerical feedback angle positioning algorithm is used to perform secondary measurement of abnormal electrical contacts. The working conditions of all high voltage towers in a certain area can be viewed from of IoT platform on the PC terminal,which largely solves the monitoring problem of high voltage towers.
