摘要 提出一种频谱分析仪在电磁近场探测的自动化应用,系统由频谱分析仪、上位机软件、二维扫描架三个部分组成。利用VB 6.0软件,制作上位机软件用于控制、设置频谱分析仪并可以直观显示场强分布情况;在步进电机的基础上,通过单片机串口通信控制方式,利用滚珠丝杠将步进电机的角位移转换为台面的线位移,最终实现电磁近场扫描的测试功能。通过实验测试选择合适探头,并测试系统的运行性能。结果显示,经过软件设置,步进电机可以精确控制扫描距离,并且软件很直观地显示场强分布。 An automation application of spectrum analyzer in near-field electromagnetic detection is proposed. The system is composed of three parts of spectrum analyzer,upper computer software,and 2 D scanning frame. The upper computer software is developed by using the VB 6.0 software to control and set the spectrum analyzer,and intuitively display the field intensity distribution. On the basis of the stepper motor,the ball screw is used to transform the angular displacement of the stepper motor into the line displacement of the table-board,so as to realize the testing function of near-field electromagnetic scanning. Appropriate probes were selected by means of experimental testing,and the operation performance of the system was tested. The results show that after software settings,the stepper motor can accurately control the scanning distance,and the software can intuitively display the field intensity distribution.
