微晶石专用金刚石锯片的研究与开发

摘要 微晶石是在与花岗岩形成条件相似的高温状态下,通过特殊的工艺烧结而成的,其耐酸碱度、抗腐蚀性能都优于天然石材,同时没有天然石材常见的细碎裂纹和程度不同的放射性,因此被誉为"21世纪的高档装饰材料",使用量不断提高,且使用者对产品的加工要求也越来越高。文章针对微晶石专用金刚石锯片的要求,通过分析胎体、金刚石的选择以及生产过程中应力调整、后续处理等对其切割性能、切割效果产生的影响,对此类锯片的开发与生产加工中应注意的要点进行了探讨。 Micro-crystallized stone is manufactured by a special sintered technology in a high temperature condition similar to the forming of granite.Its acid alkali resistance and corrosion resistance are both better than natural stone.Meanwhile,there is no crack and radioactivity in different degrees in micro-crystallized stone,which is common in natural stone.Therefore,micro-crystallized stone is well known as "the top grade decoration material of the 21 st century" and the usage is constantly improving.And the users' demand about the performance is also increasing.Focusing on the demand of the blade for micro-crystallized stone,this paper discusses some points for attention during development and processing of this kind of blades through analyzing matrix,choice of diamond,stress adjustment in process,and succedent procedure on the impact of cutting performance.
