朱红膏中汞在大鼠皮肤不同损伤状态下的体外透过速率比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较朱红膏中的汞在不同损伤程度的大鼠皮肤中的体外透过速率的差异,了解皮肤损伤状态对朱红膏中有毒成分汞透皮吸收的影响。方法结合皮肤的组织病理学检查,对皮肤的损伤程度进行判断,同时采用透皮扩散仪进行透皮实验,运用原子荧光法检测接收液中的汞含量。结果通过不同的处理方式得到不同损伤程度的皮肤,正常组皮肤完好,砂纸打磨使皮肤角质层受到破坏,脱毛剂使皮肤真皮浅层缺失。正常组汞的透过速率明显小于其他两组,砂纸组和脱毛剂组的汞的透过速率基本相同,汞的累积透过量没有显著差异。结论皮肤角质层是限制朱红膏中汞透过皮肤的主要障碍,朱红膏中汞的吸收量不会因为皮肤损伤程度的不同而产生较大差异。 Objective To research the effects of transdennal absoption about the mercury in Zhuhong ointment on the damaged skin, and compare the penetration rate in vitro of damaged skin prepared by different ways on rats. Methods The injured degree of damaged skin was evaluate by histopathological examination. Transdennal dittusion apparatus was used to can'y out skin penetration test and atomic fluores cence spectrometry was used to detect mercmry content in the receiver. Results The damaged skins of ditterent levels were dealt by ditterent ways. The histopathological results indicated that the structure of nor real skins were intact, and the keratodenna of skins were destroyed by dealing with abrasive paper, and the corium of skins were missing by dealing with depilatory. The penetration rate of mercury on the nonnal skin was significantly lower than on the other groups, but the penetration rates of the other two groups were basically same. Conclusion The stratum comeum was the main obstacle to limiting the penneabilfly of mercury in Zhuhorzg ointment. The amount of mercury in the Zhuhorzg ointment does not vury greatly because of the degree of skin damage.
