扶正法在去势抵抗性前列腺癌中的运用

Application of Fuzheng method in castration resistant prostate cancer

目前在中药治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌(castration resistant prostate cancer,CRPC)中,以扶正法为治疗原则的中药复方或单味药受到越来越多学者的重视以及肯定。从众多实验研究中发现,扶正法在全方中运用后,不仅可以改善肿瘤病人的临床症状,减轻放化疗后的毒副反应,提高手术、化疗、放疗的效果,同时还可能延长病患的生存期,提高免疫功能以增强机体的抗癌能力,并且部分文献还在分子水平上揭示中药具有阻滞细胞周期、调控凋亡基因及调节信号通路抑制血管新生的作用。

At present, in the treatment of castration resistant prostate cancer （CRPC） with tradi- tional Chinese medicine, scholars have paid more and more attention to the traditional Chinese medicine or single drug with the principle of Fuzheng method. In many experimental studies, it is tbund that the appli- cation of Fuzheng method can not only improve the clinical symptoms of cancer patients, reduce the toxic and side ettects alter radiotherapy and chemotherapy, improve the etIect of surgelT, chemotherapy and ra- diotherapy, but also prolong the smwival period of the patients and improve the immune thnction to enhance the anti-cancer ability of the body. In addition, some literatm＇es also reveal that Chinese medicine has the thnction of blocking cell cycle, regulating apoptosis genes and regulating signaling pathways to inhibit an- giogenesis.
