理工类研究生创新能力培养的差异化模式建构 被引量:3

摘要 目前我国理工类研究生创新能力培养存在着创新意识不强、培养模式固化、支撑体系不力等几大问题。这种现状亟待变革。根据我国教育现状,借鉴传统的因材施教与西方的群类教育思想,将研究生创新能力的培养模式划分为专业精深型、应用转化型、产学研一体型三大类,据此设计不同的招考方式、课程设置、科研训练、实践教育等环节,建构差异化的培养模式。三类模式异同交错、合作互助,共同推进研究生创新能力的培养。 At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of innovative ability of science and engineering postgraduates,such as the lack of innovation awareness,the stereotype of the training mode,the ineffectiveness of support system and so on,which is in urgent need of change. Combining the education thoughts of China and the Western,the author,based on the present situation of education in China,divides the training mode of graduate innovation ability into three categories: professional,application transformation,and integration of production,and research. According to this,we can design different ways of recruiting,curriculum,scientific research and practice education and construct different training modes. These three types of patterns are interconnected and cooperate to,promoted the training of postgraduates' innovative ability.
