Standardized management of new drug introduction

为了将代表先进治疗方法和对药品库确有补充的药物进入医院,使引进的新药真正发挥服务临床、服务患者的作用,同时尽可能避免在药物引进过程中的不正当竞争行为,本着公开、公平、公正的原则,我院对新药引进审批进行改革创新,对新药引进实行程序化管理。通过新药引进程序化管理模式的实践探索,从制度层面实现了权力分散、相互制约,减少不正当竞争行为,保障引进的是临床必需、质优价廉的药品。

Based on the principles of transparency, impartiality, and fairness, our hospital has carried out reforms in reviewing and approving new drug introduction, and programmed management of the introduction of new drugs that represent advanced therapeutic methods and/or are true supplements to the drug storeroom, so as to ensure that the newly-introduced drugs can really serve clinical practices and patients and avoid unfair competition during drug introduction. The programmed management of new drug introduction achieves decentralization and mutual restriction, which helps to reduce unfair competition and ensure that all the newlyintroduced drugs are clinically necessary, of high-quality, and affordable.
