杵针疗法对中风运动性失语患者语言康复的研究

Study of Pestle Needle Therapy for Speech Rehabilitation in Patients with Post-stroke Motor Aphasia

目的观察杵针疗法对中风运动性失语患者语言康复的临床疗效。方法将72例中风运动性失语患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规语言康复训练,观察组在常规语言康复训练的基础上给予杵针治疗。观察两组治疗后语言康复时间的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为94.4%,对照组为72.2%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组语言康复所需时间与对照组相比明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论杵针疗法能有效地促进中风运动性失语患者的语言康复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pestle needle therapy for speech rehabilitation in patients with post-stroke aphasia. Method Seventy-two patients with post-stroke aphasia were randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional speech rehabilitation training, while the observation group was additionally given pestle needle therapy. The changes in the duration of speech rehabilitation were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group versus 72.2% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the speech rehabilitation duration in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pestle needle therapy can effectively promote the speech rehabilitation in patients with post-stroke motor aphasia.
