艾灸至阴穴配合不同体位治疗胎位不正的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Point Zhiyin(BL67) Moxibustion plus Different Postures in Treating Fetal Malpositions

目的观察艾灸至阴穴配合不同体位治疗胎位不正的临床疗效。方法将120例胎位不正患者随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组,每组30例。4组均取至阴穴进行温和灸,其中A组采用坐位,B组采用仰卧位,C组采用仰卧屈膝位,D组采用仰靠坐位。治疗7 d后,观察4组临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为53.3%,B组为63.3%,C组为83.3%,D组为96.7%。C组和D组总有效率与A组和B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸至阴穴配合仰靠坐位或仰卧屈膝位均能有效纠正胎位不正。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point Zhiyin（BL67） moxibustion plus different postures in treating fetal malpositions. Method One hundred and twenty patients with fetal malpositions were randomized to groups A, B, C and D, 30 cases each. All the four groups received gentle moxibustion on point Zhiyin. In addition, group A took a sitting position; group B, a supine position; group C, a supine position with the knees bent; group D, a sitting position with the body leaned back. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the four groups after seven days of treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 53.3% in group A, 63.3% in group B, 83.3% in group C and 96.7% in group D. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between group C or D and group A or B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Point Zhiyin moxibustion plus taking a sitting position with the body leaned back or a supine position with the knees bent can effectively correct fetal malpositions.
