针灸疗法配合明目汤剂治疗原发性开角型青光眼近期疗效及对生活质量的影响

Influence of acupuncture combined with Mingmu Decoction on short-term curative effect and quality of life in patients with primary open angle glaucoma

目的观察针灸疗法配合明目汤剂治疗原发性开角型青光眼近期疗效及患者生活质量的影响。方法将46例原发性开角型青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予维生素B1与甲钴胺片常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟明目汤剂配合针灸疗法治疗,2组均以10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后,观察比较2组患者眼压、视力、视野及生活质量的改善情况,检测分析2组患者视网膜中央动脉血流参数的变化。结果治疗后,2组眼压均显著降低(P均<0.05),视力均显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组视野MS均显著升高(P均<0.05),MD均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组GQL-15评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组PSV和EDV均显著升高(P均<0.05),RI均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法配合明目汤剂治疗原发性开角型青光眼疗效确切,能够有效提高患者眼部血流灌注,改善患者眼压和视野,促进患者视力的恢复。

Objective It is to observe the influence of acupuncture moxibustion combined with Mingmu Decoction on short-term curative effect and quality of life in patients with primary open angle glaucoma. Methods Forty-six patients with primary open angle glaucoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients were treated with Vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin tablets for routine clinical treatment in the control group,and with acupuncture combined with Mingmu Decoction plus Vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin in the observation group. The 2 groups were treated with 10 times as 1 courses. After 3 courses of treatment,the improvement of intraocular pressure,visual acuity,visual field and quality of life were observed and compared,the changes of blood flow parameters of central retinal artery were detected.Results After treatment,the intraocular pressure were decreased significantly but the visual acuity were significantly increased in the two groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the mean sensitivity（ MS） were increased significantly but mean defect（ MD） was significantly decreased in the two groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the GQL-15 scores were increased significantly in the two groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）;the peak systolic velocities（ PSV） and end diastolic velocities（ EDV） were increased significantly but the resistance index（ RI） were decreased significantly in the two groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma is effective,can effectively increase the patient＇s ocular blood flow perfusion,improve intraocular pressure and visual field of the patients,and promote the recovery of the visual acuity of the patients.
