益肾养膜汤联合丹参宫腔灌注预处理在宫腔粘连中的应用研究

Pretreatment of Yishen Yangmo Decoction Combined with Danshen Injection for Intrauterine Adhesions

目的:探讨宫腔粘连宫腔镜术前应用益肾养膜汤联合丹参注射液宫腔灌注预处理的临床疗效。方法:选择宫腔粘连的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例,治疗组术前口服益肾养膜汤联合丹参注射液宫腔灌注预处理3个周期,对照组术前不处理。两组宫腔镜术后均采用人工周期加预处理方法。随访两组治疗后月经及宫腔再粘连情况。结果:治疗组预处理前后,月经情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第一次宫腔镜手术结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后治疗3个周期后月经情况、二次宫腔镜手术情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床总有效率:治疗组92.73%(51/55),对照组89.29%(50/56),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔粘连宫腔镜术前采用口服益肾养膜汤联合丹参注射液宫腔灌注的预处理方法,可以改善月经情况,防治宫腔粘连。

Objective： To discuss the pretreatment of Yishen Yangmo Decoction combined with Danshen Injection for intrauterine adhesions. Methods： Patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n =60） and the control group（ n = 60）. The patients in the treatment group were pretreated with Yishen Yangmo Decoction combined with intrauterine perfusion of Danshen Injection for three months before the operation; however,the control group was not given any intervention. The two groups were treated with artificial cycles and plus pretreatment methods after hysteroscopic surgery. The menstruation and readhesion were followed up in the two groups. Results： There was statistical difference before and after the intervention in the treatment group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the results of the first hysteroscopic surgery between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. There were significant differences in menstruation and in the results of the second hysteroscopic surgery between the two groups after three cycles of treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 92. 73%（ 51/55） in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 89. 29%（ 50/56） in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The pretreatment of Yishen Yangmo Decoction combined with Danshen Injection before hysteroscopic surgery can improve menstruation,prevente and treat intrauterine adhesions.
