摘要
在压力容器制造、改造、修理中经常会遇到材料代用问题,在TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》及GB 150.1~GB 150.4-2011《压力容器》中对此有原则性规定。而在实际操作中往往有些问题被忽视,如果在实际操作中考虑不周全,将会导致压力容器使用时存在安全隐患。随着压力容器设备出口率的增加,在工程项目中遇到ASME材料的代用问题也越来越多。对此,结合实际工作经验,对材料代用问题进行初步的探讨。
Material substitution happens often in the manufacture, modification and repair of pressure vessels and has principle specification in TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel and GB150.1~GB 150.4-2011 Pressure Vessels. However, some problems are always neglected in actual operations and may lead to potential safety risks in the application of pressure vessels. The increase in pressure vessel exports results in the increase in substitution of ASME materials. For this reason, preliminary discussion about material substitution is presented on the basis of working experiences.
