摘要
针对支承辊三个热处理阶段提出了三种减少热处理周期的工艺优化方案,利用数值模拟技术计算在三种优化热处理工艺下支承辊的温度、组织和应力场,并与原工艺进行对比。结果表明,调整回火出炉温度是可行的优化方案。实施优化方案后,未出现不合格产品。
Three optimized process solutions to reduce heat treatment cycle time are proposed for three heat treatment stages of backup rolls. The temperature, microstructure and stress field of backup rolls subject to the three optimized heat treatments were calculated with a numerical simulation technique and compared with them from the original heat treatment. The result shows that adjusting the discharge temperature of tempering heat treatment is a feasible optimization solution. No unacceptable product were produced since the optimized heat treatment solution has been put into practice.
