底浇道与阶梯浇道对横梁铸件的影响

Influence of Bottom Runners and Stepped Runners on Beam Castings

选取横梁做为研究对象,运用MAGMA数值模拟技术,对生产中常用的阶梯式环形浇注系统及底注式浇注系统进行充型及凝固过程数值模拟,并对底注式浇注系统进行优化设计。通过对比不同浇注系统的模拟结果,证明在能够满足铸件质量的前提下,应该优先选择阶梯环形浇注系统。

The paper takes a beam as research object to simulate numerically with MAGMA simulation technique the filling and solidifying process of stepped annular gating system and bottom gating system frequently applied in production and optimize the bottom runner casting system. The comparison of the simulation results of different casting systems proves the stepped annular gating system prefers under the precondition of ensuring casting quality.
