摘要 介绍国内外有关2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢加氢反应器非拘束焊接接头焊后热处理研究现状和进展,有关标准和技术文件对该问题的规定,以及中国一重在该方面的实际应用情况,提出应综合考虑氢扩散、残余应力和焊接接头韧性三个因素对该类焊接接头焊后热处理的选择开展深入研究。 The paper presents the status and progress of research at home and abroad on the post heat treatment of non-restrained weld joints on 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel hydrogen reactors, and the requirement specified in applicable codes and technical specifications as well as the practice in CFHI, and proposes to carry out in-depth research on selection of the post heat treatment of the joint in comprehensive consideration of hydrogen diffusion, residual stress and weld joint toughness.
