摘要 Translohr有轨电车的导向轮呈V型布置,与倒V型钢质导向轨的2个侧面相配合,在横向和垂向坐标上呈现非一一映射的几何关系。为了分析Translohr有轨电车的导向轮和导向轨的接触关系,提出一种改进的轮对切片投影法,通过坐标变换将导向轮和导向轨非映射的轮轨几何关系转换成为映射关系。采用弹性轮轨接触的渗透量法求解Translohr有轨电车导向轮和导向轨的多点接触问题,绘制其导向轮和导向轨的多维度接触状态表格。应用上述轮轨接触表格,建立Translohr有轨电车的动力学模型,分析不同半径曲线上的轮轨接触状态。 The V-shaped arrangement of the guide wheels of the Translohr tram fits the two sides of inverted Vshaped guide rails,thus their geometric relationships in horizontal and vertical coordinates are not one-to-one mapped.In order to analyze the contact relationship between the guide wheels of the Translohr tram and the guide rails,an improved method named wheelset axial slice projection was proposed in this paper,where the non-mapped wheel-rail geometric relationship between the guide wheel and the guide rail was changed to a mapping one by coordinate transformation.The modified permeability method of elastic wheel-rail contact was adopted to solve multipoint contact problem between the guide rails and the guide wheels of the Translohr tram and to draw a table on multidimensional contact state.On the basis of this table,a dynamic model of the Translohr tram was established,to analyze the wheels-rail contact state on different radii curves.
